Psychological psychotherapy - Systemic therapy
Systemic therapy does not view problems as characteristics of an individual, but rather as expressions of challenges within the dynamics of an entire system.
Such systems exist both within each individual and in social contexts—in friendships, families, romantic relationships, the workplace, communities, and within social and political structures.
Therapy is about better understanding one's own systems, developing new perspectives, recognizing patterns, and discovering opportunities for change. Together, we strengthen resources and skills that help find new ways of dealing with stress and other challenges. -
Therapeutic approach
For me, therapy means working together as equals: clients are experts in their own lives and experiences; my expertise lies in supporting processes of change. With curiosity, humor, gentleness, and clarity, I help people get to know themselves (anew). I also bring a certain playfulness that can enable creative approaches to issues that sometimes feel rigid and hopeless. Since our bodies experience everything we experience—and words are sometimes not enough—I consciously incorporate physical experience into my therapeutic work. It is important to me to work together to perceive and reflect on social contexts and dynamics that also have an effect in the therapy setting. Therapy can be a place that lies outside of everyday life and is therefore able to offer a safe space. At the same time, I invite clients to bring their lives into therapy, for example through significant others who we can integrate into conversations if requested.
-
Setting
I offer therapy in both individual and group settings; both formats can be combined as needed. Online sessions are possible. The first sessions will take place in person to allow us to get to know each other and establish a stable foundation for the further process. I offer therapy in German (my first language), English, and Spanish.

Of course! You can reach us during our phone hours.
Can I come in without an appointment in an emergency?
We aim to avoid long waiting times and overcrowding, so please book an appointment beforehand — even in urgent cases.
Do you offer walk-in hours?
In gynecology, we provide the legally required five open consultation hours per week. This does not apply to general medicine. However, we keep time slots available each day for urgent issues and do our best to see you on the same day if needed.
