Individual Health Services (Self-Pay Options)
Some services are not covered by statutory health insurance but can be accessed as self-pay services on request:
- Breast ultrasound (for preventive care)
- Vaginal ultrasound (to assess uterus & ovaries)
- Personalized contraceptive counseling, including prescriptions
- Insertion of non-hormonal contraceptives (e.g., copper IUD)
- If hormone therapy is not yet covered by insurance, prescriptions unfortunately remain a self-pay service

Do you offer trans-affirmative care?
Yes! We provide gender-sensitive, trans*-affirming primary care, including hormone monitoring and GAHT, plus referrals if needed.
What about the toilets?
We have gender-neutral restrooms.
Will my chosen name be respected - even without legal documents?
Absolutely. You tell us your name and pronouns, and we’ll use them – no matter what’s on your ID.
Do you offer queer-sensitive sexual health counseling?
Yes. We talk about sexuality, bodies, and health openly and without assumptions.
