Frequently asked questions about appointments & booking.
How do I book an appointment online?
Easy! Go to our website or use the app – pick your concern, choose a time, and confirm with just a few clicks.
Can I still book by phone?
Of course. Call us during our phone hours and we’ll help you directly.
Do you have walk-in hours?
Not really. But every day we keep some spots open for urgent needs. If you have an acute issue, we’ll do our best to see you the same day.
Can I just drop by if it's urgent?
We try to avoid long waits and overcrowding, so please always book first – even for urgent concerns. That way we can make sure you’re seen quickly.
