For a respectful and caring atmosphere at our Center for Sexual Health & Primary Care

We meet each other with respect

Everyone who walks through our doors deserves kindness and respect – free from violence, belittling, or judgment. That includes the way we speak, make eye contact, use body language, and treat each other.

Diversity is welcome here

We celebrate all forms of gender, sexual, cultural, linguistic, and physical diversity.

  • We honor your name and pronouns

  • We respect all identities and ways of expressing yourself

  • We stay open to different life experiences – without assumptions

No space for discrimination

There is no room here for:Rassismus

  • Racism

  • Transphobia or misgendering

  • Sexism

  • Ableism (discrimination against disabled or neurodivergent people)

  • Classism or fatphobia

  • Queerphobia, antisemitism, or any other form of hate

If someone acts or speaks in a discriminatory way, we will address it – and if needed, ask them to leave.

Your privacy matters

We protect your privacy – in the waiting room, during conversations, and when handling your data. Nobody will be outed, photographed, or observed without consent. What you share here stays safe.

We’re learning too

Mistakes happen – and that’s okay. What counts is listening to each other and being willing to grow. If you notice discriminatory language, uncertainty, or insensitivity from us, please let us know. We’re grateful for the chance to learn and unlearn together.

You have the right to feel safe

If you ever feel uncomfortable, ignored, or have a negative experience, you don’t have to go through it alone. Talk to us – we’ll listen and support you. Every concern will be taken seriously.

Together we create safer spaces

This center belongs to all of us. By being mindful and caring, we can make it a safer space – especially for queer, trans*, neurodivergent, disabled, racialized, marginalized, or otherwise vulnerable people.
Thank you for helping to make this possible.

We’d love your feedback.

Your feedback helps us grow and improve our care. What felt good for you? Where can we do better?
We’d love to hear from you – simply and confidentially.
