Sexual counseling helps individuals understand and consciously shape their own sexuality. It offers a safe space to talk about questions, uncertainties, or challenges related to sexuality—whether it's about desire, needs, orientation, sexual health, or communication in a relationship.

Sexual counseling is for individuals, couples, and other relationship constellations and can help you gain more clarity, closeness, and satisfaction in your own experience and in interpersonal relationships. The focus is on getting to know your own sexual identity, desires, and boundaries better and finding ways to lead a fulfilling and self-determined sex life.

In addition to sexual counseling, there is also relationship counseling, although the two often overlap. However, the service is also aimed at relationships that seek counseling for other reasons.

Lena Pulz supports our team as a freelance sex therapist. The counseling services are not covered by health insurance and must therefore be paid for privately. Billing and appointment scheduling are handled directly by Lena Pulz.
